Meditation is visualizing beautiful lights and symbols. Meditation is manifestation.

Meditation is multidimensional, and becoming aware of your multidimensional self.

Meditation is being angry, and simply going inwards to figure out why.

Meditation is grounding, feeling the Earth under your skin. Immersing yourself in dirt, roots, red and orange energy.

Meditation is uplifting, healing, and being. Meditation is body sensing and becoming aware of tension.

Meditation is not trying to fix or control anything, but surrendering to the way things are.

Meditation is intense experience. Meditation is nothingness.

Meditation is understanding, and stepping into our true nature.

Meditation is about learning and growing. Figuring out what you need and what meditations work best with you. Meditation can be many things. Meditation is a practice we can embody in our lives to connect more to ourselves and everything else.
